Please review the following policies before booking your session. _Page: https://photoluvstudios.com/en/politicas · Photoluv Studios · Miami, Florida · We work in English and Spanish._ ## Booking & Retainer A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your session date and time. Your session is not considered booked until the booking fee has been received. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided at booking. The booking fee is applied toward the total cost of your session but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. ## Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice. Your booking fee may be transferred to the new session date when proper notice is provided. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the session may result in the loss of the booking fee and require a new booking fee to reserve another date. For outdoor sessions, we understand that weather can be unpredictable. If Photoluv determines that weather conditions are unsuitable or unsafe for the session, we will work with you to select a new date at no additional rescheduling cost. ## Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled session. Your session begins and ends at the originally reserved times. Late arrival does not extend your session. Any time lost due to tardiness will be deducted from your scheduled photography time. Arrivals of 30 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a cancellation, and the session will not be eligible for rescheduling under the original booking fee. ## Studio Guests Guests who are not participating in the session are not permitted in the studio unless approved in advance. If you would like to bring someone with you, please let us know before your session. Parents or guardians accompanying minors are, of course, permitted. ## Participants & Additional People Your package includes the number of participants specified in your booking. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add additional people to your session. Additional participant fees may apply depending on your package. ## Hair, Makeup & Client Closet Hair and makeup services, when available, may be provided by independent professional artists and may have separate booking, deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policies. Client closet pieces and rental dresses are subject to availability, sizing, and individual rental terms. Clients are responsible for excessive damage, loss, or staining beyond normal use. ## Outdoor Locations & Permit Fees Some outdoor locations, parks, venues, or private properties require photography permits, entrance fees, parking fees, or other location-related charges. Unless specifically stated as included in your package, these costs are not included in the session price and are the client's responsibility. When required, Photoluv may obtain and pay the applicable photography permit or location fee on the client's behalf, and the cost will be added to the client's balance. ## Editing & Retouching Every final image is professionally edited according to the Photoluv style, including adjustments such as lighting, color, cropping, and standard portrait retouching. At this time, Photoluv does not provide extreme body or facial alterations or editing intended to significantly change a person's natural appearance. Requests for extensive or specialized editing outside of our standard retouching may be declined or subject to an additional fee. ## Image Selection & Additional Images The number of final edited digital images included depends on the package selected. When applicable, clients will receive a proofing gallery to select their included images. Additional edited images may be available for purchase individually or as a bundle. Unedited or RAW files are not delivered. ## Galleries & Delivery Turnaround times vary depending on the type of session and can be 1-3 weeks. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their final digital images before their online gallery expires. Photoluv cannot guarantee indefinite storage of galleries or image files. ## Prints, Albums & Physical Products Prints, albums, wall art, and other physical products are custom-made and may have separate production timelines. Finished products may be picked up at Photoluv Studios. Shipping or delivery may be available for an additional fee. ## Personal Items Please keep track of your personal belongings during your session. Photoluv is not responsible for items that are lost, forgotten, or damaged at the studio or on location. ## Respecting Our Space We ask all clients and guests to treat the studio, furniture, props, wardrobe, equipment, and surrounding property with care. No small print. _Page: https://photoluvstudios.com/en/privacidad · Photoluv Studios · Miami, Florida · We work in English and Spanish._ ## Who we are Photoluv Studios is a portrait photography studio in Miami, Florida, run by Eslyn González. This page explains what information photoluvstudios.com collects, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, write to eslyn@photoluvstudios.com and we will answer. ## What you give us When you fill in the contact form we store your name, your email, your phone number if you enter one, the session type you are interested in, the package you picked if you picked one, the date you have in mind, your message, and which language you wrote in. We also store which door you came in through — whether you wrote from the contact form, from the dresses closet, or whether your enquiry reached us through the API — because that is what tells the studio which part of the site is working. There are four places an enquiry can reach us from, and all four save it in the same inbox. Three are screens on this site and you open them yourself: the contact form, the dresses-closet form, and the screen that asks for your name and email before showing you the dresses. That last one asks for only those two things, and what you leave there is kept just like the rest; the two closet ones arrive under the same label. The fourth is not a screen: this site has a public, documented API meant for programs, and an AI assistant using it can send us an enquiry on your behalf; that one lands in the same inbox and is saved labelled “agente (API)”. That information lands in the studio’s request inbox and serves to reply to you and plan your session. We do not sell it and we do not rent it, and what you write is not handed to anyone to chase you with ads. What does leave this site is the fact that you left us an enquiry, through any of the three doors on this site: the Meta pixel reports it, and Meta uses that to measure and tune the studio’s ads. It is all set out in “Cookies and measurement”. If you would rather write on WhatsApp or Instagram, that conversation lives on those platforms and is governed by their policies, not by this one. ## Client galleries Private galleries open with an access code. While you use yours we record which photos you marked as favourites and what you downloaded, so we know what to deliver and can help if something goes wrong. Your own browser also keeps two things, so you are not asked for them twice, and they are not cookies: plv-email, with the email you typed the first time, and plv-favs- followed by your gallery code, with the photos you marked along the way. That copy lives only in your browser and does not expire on its own: clearing the site data removes it. What the studio keeps of all that is what the paragraph above describes. Your photographs are stored in the studio’s own cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and are not public: they do not appear in search engines and cannot be opened without the code. ## Cookies and measurement The cookies the studio sets are these, and each does one thing. photoluv-lang remembers whether you prefer Spanish or English. photoluv-vestidos is saved when you leave your name and email on the dresses screen, lasts a year, and exists so you are never asked twice. They do not identify anyone. There is a third thing, and it is not a cookie: if you close the dresses screen with “not now”, your browser notes photoluv-vestidos-ahora-no so the screen is not shown again during this visit. It is cleared when you close the tab and it does not reach the server, so another day you are asked again. Saying “not now” costs you nothing and locks you out of nothing: the dresses are there either way. To see how many people visit, the studio uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, builds no profile of you, and does not follow you between sites. It loads only if the studio has its token set on the server. And there is an advertising pixel: Meta’s, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. The studio pays for ads there and needs to know which ad brought which enquiry. Like the analytics, the pixel loads only when the studio has its Meta identifier set on the server, and never on the site’s test addresses; while that identifier is missing, your browser receives nothing from Meta here. When it does load, this is what it does: it stores the cookie _fbp in your browser — and _fbc too if you arrive from an ad, holding the identifier the link carried — and tells Meta that you visited the site and, if you go on to leave us an enquiry, that you left it. All three doors count the same: the contact form, the screen that asks for your name and email before showing you the dresses, and the dresses-closet form. With that, Meta can tell the studio how many enquiries each ad brought, show you its ads again later, and look for people like those who have already written. What you type is not sent to Meta through any of the three doors: not your name, not your email, not your phone number, not your message. What leaves this site is that somebody left an enquiry, not who they are or what they said. How to get rid of it, at any time and without asking us. On Meta: from the ad settings of your own Facebook or Instagram account you can see and disconnect the activity that sites like this one send them, and limit ad personalisation. In your browser: a tracker blocker keeps the pixel from loading at all, and then neither of those two cookies is stored — some browsers block known trackers on their own, and Meta’s is one of them. What does not help here is the browser’s “Do Not Track” setting: it is only a request, and Meta is under no obligation to honour it. This site does not show you a consent banner. The reason used to be that no tool followed you between sites; with the Meta pixel that reason is gone, and the decision not to add a banner is the studio’s, taken knowing what it means and written here rather than hidden behind an “Accept all” button. If you would rather not be followed, the two ways out in the paragraph above are available to you right now, and they work better than any banner. ## Who we share it with With the infrastructure the site needs to run: the server the website lives on, Cloudflare for delivery and photo storage, and the mail provider we reply to you through. Those accounts belong to the studio. And with Meta, which is not infrastructure for anything here: it is a third party that receives data about your visit. What it receives is what “Cookies and measurement” describes — that somebody visited the page and, if they left an enquiry through any of the three doors on this site, that they left it — never your name, your email, your phone number or your message. The ad account is the studio’s, but Meta handles that data under its own rules, not ours. Your enquiry is not sent to any AI service. The machine translation the studio uses works only on the website’s own copy, never on a client’s details. ## How long we keep it Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for looking after you and keeping a record of the work done. Session photographs are kept as part of the studio archive. If you want your enquiry, your details or your photographs deleted, write to us and we will do it. ## Your choices You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to eslyn@photoluvstudios.com from the address you contacted us with and we will sort it out. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Family and quinceañera sessions are always booked by an adult. ## Changes If any of the above changes, this page changes.
